Job Description: XZIZT PVT LTD is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage our online store operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, updating inventory, processing online orders, coordinating with the warehouse, and ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings on the company website.
- Upload product images, descriptions, sizes, prices and other details.
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock updates.
- Process and monitor daily online orders.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for order packing and dispatch.
- Handle order cancellations, returns and exchanges.
- Manage product pricing, discounts and promotional offers.
- Monitor website performance and report issues.
- Maintain daily sales and order reports using MS Excel.
- Ensure accurate product information across all online platforms.
- RequirementsMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Experience in E-Commerce operations preferred.
- Knowledge of Shopify is highly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Freshers with good computer knowledge can also apply.
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Depending on experience and skills).
Working Hours: Full-Time | As per company schedule.
