Key Responsibilities

- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals set by management.
- Distributor & Retail Management: Onboard, appoint, and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets.
- Beat Plan Execution: Follow a regular market visit (beat plan) to take secondary orders, track stock, and ensure product visibility.
- Merchandising & Visibility: Place promotional displays, check shelf-fill rates, and monitor competitor pricing and activities.
- Collections & Reporting: Ensure timely payments, manage credit policies, and submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR) or update field software
