Job Title: Billing & Accounts Executive (MARG ERP)

Job Description:

Hygia Healthcare, a pharmaceutical distribution company, is looking for a skilled and responsible Billing & Accounts Executive with good knowledge of MARG ERP, accounting, and computer operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales and purchase billing using MARG ERP
- E-way bill and e-invoice generation
- Maintaining accounts, ledgers and reconciliations
- Stock management and inventory reporting
- Handling company emails and vendor correspondence
- MS Excel, Word, PDF and documentation work
- GST-related billing and basic accounting
- Managing purchase returns, credit notes and debit notes




- Handling day-to-day technical and computer-related tasks

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Good working knowledge of MARG ERP
- Basic accounting and GST knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication
- Valuable computer and technical skills
- Pharma distribution experience will be preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 (depending on skills and experience)
