Sales Executive & Customer Support (Telesales)

? ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month + attractive incentives
What you’ll do:
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries
- Explain products, offers and pricing, and close sales over the phone
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Follow up on leads and keep a healthy sales pipeline
- Update customer details, call outcomes and orders in the CRM
- Build relationships to encourage repeat orders
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate where needed
Requirements:
- 1-3 years in telesales,
inside sales or a call centre (sales profile preferred)
- Mandatory: English, Hindi and Bengali
- Confident on calls, with good convincing and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and comfortable with numbers
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, email)
- Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred
