Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise daily dispatch operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of customer orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse and packing staff.
- Verify packed orders against dispatch lists to prevent wrong or short dispatches.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners.
- Monitor pending orders and ensure dispatch within the committed timeline.
- Maintain daily dispatch records and reports.
- Take responsibility for the smooth functioning of the dispatch department.

Candidate Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in dispatch operations.




- Experience in textile, furnishing, or a similar industry preferred.
- Valuable coordination and team management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Responsible, organised and capable of managing dispatch activities independently.
