Job OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on Beverage Technologist who can independently manage end-to-end beverage product development and manufacturing, covering juice, flavoured drinks and carbonated soft drinks (CSD).

The candidate will be responsible for developing new formulations, preparing beverages, managing production processes and ensuring quality consistency in every batch, right from raw water testing to final product quality checks.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Development & Formulation: Develop new juice, flavoured beverage and CSD formulations, including mango, litchi, sugarcane, jeera and other beverage variants.
2. Water Quality Management: Monitor raw and treated water quality, operate RO and filtration systems, and conduct routine water quality tests.
3. Syrup & Beverage Preparation: Handle sugar syrup preparation, ingredient dosing, flavour blending, Brix and pH control, mixing and final beverage preparation.
4. Production Management: Supervise daily beverage manufacturing, blending, carbonation, filling, capping and packaging operations.
5. Quality Control: Conduct batch-wise testing for Brix, pH, acidity, taste, colour, carbonation and other relevant quality parameters.
6. Shelf-Life & Stability: Develop and standardise formulations, conduct stability trials and coordinate shelf-life and microbiological testing.
7. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain batch production records, QC reports,



raw material consumption, cleaning records and applicable FSSAI documentation.
8. Process Improvement: Optimise formulations, reduce production wastage, maintain consistent product quality and control manufacturing costs.

- Required Qualifications & SkillsB.Sc./M.Sc. Food Technology, B.Tech Food Technology, Dairy Technology or equivalent qualification.
- 3–5 years of practical experience in beverage manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in juice and CSD formulation and production.
- Knowledge of sugar syrup preparation, Brix, pH, acidity and carbonation.
- Knowledge of water treatment, RO systems, hygiene and sanitation.
- Understanding of food safety, preservatives, shelf-life testing and batch-wise quality control.
- Ability to independently handle product development and production activities.

Preferred Candidate ProfileA practical, technically robust professional who can work hands-on in a small beverage manufacturing plant, independently develop recent products, standardise recipes and manage the complete beverage preparation and production process.
