Warehouse Stock Management & Counting:

- Perform regular physical stock counts (daily/weekly) for cement bags and track inventory against records.
- Reconcile physical inventory with logbooks or ERP/software systems; record damaged or missing stock.
- Ensure proper storage practices to prevent cement bag damage, moisture exposure, or stock degradation.

Order Processing & Customer Coordination:

- Receive and record incoming orders from contractors, dealers, and retail clients (via phone, email, or WhatsApp).
- Prepare delivery orders/invoices and verify client credentials and delivery requirements.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding stock availability and delivery timelines.

Logistics & Supply Chain Management:

- Coordinate with drivers, transport vendors, and fleet operators for timely vehicle loading and dispatch.
- Track dispatches from loading at the warehouse to final delivery at client sites/construction projects.
- Prepare shipping manifests, waybills, and gate passes.
