Job Description – Female HR Executive

Position: Female HR Executive

Location: Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Saturday half day

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7pm PM

Minimum- 1y experience

Job Responsibilities

* Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.

* Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.

* Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage joining formalities.

* Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and salary-related documentation.

* Handle employee onboarding, HR policies, and daily HR operations.

* Monitor employee performance, discipline, punctuality, and attendance.

* Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.

* Maintain daily recruitment reports and submit regular updates to management.

* Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of open positions.





Candidate Requirements

* Female candidate with good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Previous experience in HR or recruitment preferred.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, and job portals.

* Must be confident, organised, proactive, and target-oriented.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

Key Performance Expectations

* Daily recruitment and candidate follow-ups.

* Maintain an updated candidate database.

* Achieve hiring targets within the given timelines.

* Submit daily work reports to management.

* Maintain punctuality and skilled discipline.
