Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Store Supervisor to manage the daily operations of a kids gaming center. The candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, handling customer queries and complaints, monitoring sales and revenue, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily gaming center operations and supervise staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales, revenue, and operational performance.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure proper maintenance, safety, and cleanliness of the gaming area.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and task allocation.
- Ensure smooth operations during peak hours and weekends.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail, gaming, entertainment, or hospitality.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Solid customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage daily operations independently.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
