We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-spoken and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive villa bookings and generate business through online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Booking Conversion

● Handle incoming enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls and other platforms.

● Convert potential customers into confirmed villa bookings.

● Explain different villa categories, facilities, packages, pricing and inclusions.

● Follow up regularly with prospective customers to close bookings.

● Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

2. Lead Generation & Marketing

● Generate recent leads through Instagram, Facebook, Google and other digital platforms.

● Connect with corporate companies, travel agents, event planners and wedding planners.





● Develop relationships with influencers and content creators for collaborations.

● Explore opportunities for group bookings, family celebrations, birthdays, anniversaries and corporate outings.

● Identify and approach potential high-value customers.

3. Customer Relationship Management

● Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.

● Ensure prompt responses to all enquiries.

● Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups and confirmed bookings.

● Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth guest booking experience.
