- Work: Inbound & outbound customer calls
- Working Days: 5 days + 2 rotational weekly offs after training
- Shifts:Male: 24/7 rotational shifts
- Female: Rotational day shifts
- Working Hours: 10 hours login, including 9 hours production
- Key Skills: Customer handling, verbal/written communication, problem-solving and customer-centric approach
