Job Overview- We are seeking an experienced and dependable Accountant to oversee daily financial operations, manage general ledger accounts, ensure statutory compliance, and maintain accurate financial records. You will work closely with management and junior accounts staff to maintain cash flow visibility, verify reconciliations, and prepare monthly financial statements.

Key Responsibilities

- General Ledger & Bookkeeping: Oversee and review day-to-day accounting transactions, journal entries, and balance sheet accounts.
- Statutory Compliance: Handle periodic filings and compliance, including GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS calculations and returns, and advance tax schedules.
- Bank & Account Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank reconciliations, vendor/creditor ledger scrutinies, and customer outstanding follow-ups.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow summaries, and internal management MIS reports.




- Audit & Finalization: Assist external auditors during quarterly and year-end statutory audits, tax audits, and balance sheet finalization.
- Payroll & Expenses: Verify expense vouchers, employee reimbursements, and monthly payroll processing.

Key Requirements & Skills

- Experience: 3–6 years of end-to-end accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing, distribution, or commercial service setup.
- Software: Advanced proficiency in Tally Prime and hands-on familiarity with ERP environments (e.g., SAP, Zoho Books, Busy, or custom ERPs).
- Taxation & Compliance: Strong working knowledge of GST laws, e-Way bills, e-Invoicing, and TDS deductions.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting).
- Core Competencies: Analytical mindset, meticulous record-keeping, and the ability to manage strict reporting deadlines.
