Job Description: HR Implant Executive

Client Location: Pragati RRD, Raviryal, Telangana

Salary:20,000 to ₹25,000 per month (Gross)

Working Days: 6 days per week

Role Overview

Newchecks Solutions is looking for a smart, energetic, professionally presentable, and execution-oriented HR Implant Executive to coordinate blue-collar manpower recruitment and deployment at Pragati RRD.

The candidate will act as the primary link between the client's Hiring Managers and Newchecks' Recruitment & Operations Teams, working closely with Mr. Siva Kumar Ganta.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with client teams to understand manpower requirements.

- Communicate job specifications and hiring targets to recruitment teams.

- Follow up on sourcing, interviews, selections, and candidate joining.

- Coordinate onboarding, document verification, and workforce deployment.

- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and MIS reports using MS Excel.

- Monitor manpower fulfilment, absenteeism,



attrition, and replacements.

- Ensure timely communication, escalation, and professional client service.

Eligibility & Skills

- Preferred: BBA, BBM, MBA, or any graduate with relevant skills.

- Freshers are welcome.

- Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email, and computer operations.

- Strong coordination, follow-up, reporting, and interpersonal skills.

- Professional grooming, punctuality, discipline, and a willingness to learn.
