- Screening & Interviewing:
- Conduct initial telephonic or face-to-face screening calls to evaluate eligibility, communication skills, and interest.

- Administer assessments or coordinate structured interviews with business and hiring managers.
- Volume & Field Hiring (BFSI, Insurance, EdTech):

and Telecallers (averaging 40–60 joinings per month depending on the mandate).
- Manage field-based recruitment drives, local networking, and field visits (for field HR roles).
- Closures, Offers & Onboarding:
- Manage candidate follow-ups, salary/offer negotiations, and roll out offer letters.
- Support pre-joining engagement, day-one onboarding activities, and track joining ratios.
- Data & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate recruitment databases, daily/weekly hiring reports, and metrics like time-to-hire.
- Collaborate with leaders to review recruitment plan effectiveness and refine sourcing strategies.
