Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, make menu recommendations, and handle payments via POS or cash.
- Food & Beverage Prep: Prepare coffee, drinks, snacks, or light meals according to company standards and recipe guidelines.
- Hygiene & Cleanliness: Keep tables, counters, equipment, and dining areas clean and sanitized throughout the shift.
- Stock & Inventory: Restock display cases, grab-and-go items, and station supplies while helping minimize product waste.
- Team Coordination: Support kitchen and floor staff during peak hours and assist with opening or closing store routines
