· ITI / Diploma(Preferred for technical, industrial, and manufacturing stores)

Job Summary

Experienced Store Keeper responsible for material receipt, storage, issuance, inventory control, and stock record maintenance. Proficient in maintaining GRNs, stock registers, material issue records, and physical stock verification. Skilled in maintaining stock registers, verifying incoming materials, conducting physical stock checks, and ensuring proper storage and handling of materials. Able to coordinate with purchase, production, and other departments to ensure smooth store operations. Responsible, organized, and committed to maintaining accurate inventory records and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities· Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against purchase orders and delivery challans.

· Check materials for visible damage and report discrepancies.

· Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), material receipts, and stock registers.

· Arrange and store materials in designated locations.

· Issue materials against authorized material requisitions.

· Maintain,



stock registers, and computerized inventory records.

· Update stock entries for all receipts, issues, returns, and transfers.

· Conduct periodic physical stock counting.

· Report shortages, excess stock, damaged goods, and slow-moving items.

· Maintain proper labeling, identification, and traceability of materials.

· Keep the store clean, organized, and safe.

· Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Maintenance, and Accounts departments.

· Ensure the security and proper handling of company materials.
