- Responsible to attend the breakdowns when information received from shift Incharge.
- Responsible to complete the PM activities of Tools & Foaming moulds during no production days.
- Daily checking of Molds, Die & Punch healthy condition.
- Fix day-to-day Foaming mould operation problems
- Responsible to close any safety NCs related to department.
- Maintain PM documents.
- Responsible to co-ordinate with other departments of smooth running of production.
- Responsible to manage and maintain spare of all molds and tools.
