Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to Internal Service Standards and SOPs.
- Provide consistent, accurate and high quality customer service in the salon.
- Welcome and greet the clients, understand their needs, recommend service and product, to ensure continuous and consistent customer satisfaction.
- All-rounders who can cut, color, wash, dry, shave and all other typical salon services for men and women.
