To lead and execute greenfield chemical plant projects from concept development and feasibility studies through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and final handover. The role will be responsible for project strategy, capital expenditure (CAPEX), project schedules, quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness, ensuring delivery within approved budgets and timelines.
