SENIOR ENGINEER - Molding Machine Maintenance

Qualification: Diploma / B.E - Electrical / Mechatronics or a relevant engineering discipline
Experience Required: 6 to 8 Years

1 Mechanical design study knowledge

2 Mechanical modification or correction hands on experience

3 Auto cad design study knowledge

4 Pneumatic circuits knowledge and hands on experience

5 Electrical knowledge about SLD,Machine electrical drawing, and utility knowledge

6 Mechanical knowledge on fixtures, Jigs to build customized parts

7 Spare management knowledge as per requirements

8 Operation and Maintenance knowledge of utility machinery like DG, Compressor, chiller, Electrical panel etc.

9 ISOTS / EMS audit preparation and monitoring system knowledge

10 Team management skill to solve the issue on time (Man power management)





11 Basic knowledge of moulding mc operation and maintenance

12 Budget monitoring and managing with in specified limit

13 Safety system awareness and ensuring the secure environment at work area

14 Compliance matter awareness and managing as per govt norms

15 Knowledge on PLC, HMI and Hydraulics experience

16 Should have knowledge on HVAC systems for operation and maintenance

17 Ideas generation about power saving, cost saving and quality improvements etc.

18 Standardization of work to ensure the smooth operation at any condition
