JD: Advisory & Value Framework - Senior Manager

1. CEO & COO Agenda Transformation

- Partner directly with CEOs and COOs to shape and execute enterprise-level strategies across Supply Chain and Engineering.
- Translate strategic priorities into transformation agendas that create structural competitive advantage and drive top-line growth.

2. Cost Take-Out & Asset Management

- Lead large-scale operational cost reduction / cost take-out programs across industrial operations.
- Optimize end-to-end asset management lifecycles to improve capital efficiency and Return on Capital Employed (ROCE).

3. Engineering Operations & Supply Chain Integration

- Design and transform resilient supply chain networks across the value chain.
- Improve complex engineering operations and eliminate bottlenecks spanning product design, procurement, manufacturing and fulfillment.
- Drive greater integration between engineering, operations and supply chain functions.

4. Transformation Execution & Capability Building

- Lead and mentor high-performing consulting teams in delivering data-driven, rigorous operational problem solving.
- Work directly with client teams to translate recommendations into execution and build sustainable operational capabilities within the organization.

5. Practice Leadership & Business Development

- Contribute to regional practice growth by developing and nurturing trusted C-suite relationships.
- Lead / support the development of large-scale transformation proposals and client pursuits.
- Develop differentiated intellectual property and solutions around next-generation industrial operations.
