Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development Assist in conceptual design, space planning, and design development. Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, detailing, BOQs, presentations, and 3D visualizations. Develop working drawings and execution documentation. Support material selection, furniture layouts, lighting concepts, and detailing. Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and design discussions. Project Coordination Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and site teams. Participate in site visits, measurements, and execution reviews. Ensure drawings and documentation align with project timelines and quality standards. Support project management and day-to-day coordination activities. Visualization & Presentation Create presentation sheets, renders, mood boards, and client presentations. Produce high-quality 3D models and visualization outputs. Maintain design documentation and project records accurately. Team Collaboration Work collaboratively with architects, designers, and execution teams. Senior team members may lead projects and mentor junior designers or interns. Maintain a proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven approach.

Ability to independently handle drawings, detailing, and coordination. AutoCAD ,SketchUp ,Photoshop ,MS Office ,Working Drawings & Detailing Strong design sensibility and spatial understanding. Creativity combined with practical execution knowledge. Attention to detail in materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture.



Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced studio workplace. Passion for architecture, interiors, and innovative designIn this role as a Senior Interior Designer Luxe Segment, you will be responsible to:

Handle allocated luxury customers independently and drive design-to-order conversion.

Conduct detailed client consultations to understand lifestyle needs, spatial constraints, budgets, and luxury aspirations.

Create design layouts, 3D visualizations, and material selections that balance aesthetics, cost, and execution feasibility.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely design sign-offs.

Present design concepts persuasively and close design iterations efficiently.

Work within organizational systems, modules, and pricing frameworks.

Coordinate with project managers and execution teams for accurate design handovers.

Proactively upsell premium finishes, accessories, and modular enhancements.

Ensure zero-defect designs by adhering to technical and quality guidelines.
