Key Responsibilities:
- Make outgoing calls to customers and explain our services.
- Answer incoming calls and provide information.
- Keep a record of customer details and follow up with them.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable services.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times.
- Meet daily or weekly calling targets.
- Work as part of a team to achieve company goals.
Requirements:

- Basic computer knowledge to manage call records.
- Positive attitude and good listening skills.
