- Air distribution system for common area and basement.
- HVAC equipment in common area
- BMS System - Access Control.
- General Lighting & Distribution.
- System - DG Operations.
- Emergency Lighting system.
- UPS System - HT system.
- Transformer & Switchgear
- LT system - WTP
- Plumbing - Domestic/Flush/Fire Fighting/Wastewater system
- Hot Water system - Fire Alarm system
- Public address System
- Sprinkler System
- Fire Hydrant System
- CCTV Management
- Residents level plumbing & electrical complaints
- Coordinating with Technical and Property Manager
- PM activity of all Electromechanical assets
- Keeping records of all Statutory documents
