LLB / BA LLB / with relevant contract management experience.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Contract Analyst with 35 years of experience in contract review, drafting, negotiation support, and contract lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should have experience handling commercial, vendor, client, and service agreements while ensuring legal and compliance requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

- Review, draft, and analyze commercial contracts, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, customer agreements, and service contracts.
- Identify contractual risks and highlight deviations from standard terms.
- Support contract negotiations by coordinating with legal, procurement, HR, finance, and business teams.
- Ensure contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.




- Maintain contract repositories and ensure proper documentation and version control.
- Track contract renewals, amendments, expirations, and obligations.
- Prepare contract summaries, risk analysis reports, and approval notes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for contract execution and closure.
- Assist in resolving contractual queries and support audit/compliance requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
- Experience in drafting and reviewing commercial and vendor contracts.
- Understanding of legal terminology, indemnity, liability, confidentiality, and termination clauses.
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and contract management tools.
