We are looking for a skilled Project Manager (Civil) with 8-12 years of experience to lead our construction projects in Kandi, Telangana. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil engineering and construction management.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of civil projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in project engineering, construction management, and civil engineering.
- Strong knowledge of building construction principles and practices.
