Responsibilities

- Provide L2 support and administration for Microsoft 365 services, including E5 Security, Copilot, Email, Teams, EMS, Active Directory, and SSO.
- Assist L1 teams in resolving critical incidents and manage day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and configuration changes within defined SLAs.
- Perform log analysis, security monitoring, SIEM activities, and operational reporting.
- Support Microsoft Defender, Windows 11 Enterprise, endpoint security, and end-user device management.
- Manage OS patching through WSUS, MECM, or Intune, ensuring timely compliance with REC IT policies.
- Provide end-user support, technical guidance, and training on M365 applications, security features, and Copilot.
- Assess the M365 environment and recommend improvements in configurations, security, and best practices.
- Provide remote and on-site support across REC locations, including 24x7 support.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting Microsoft 365 (M365) deployments and enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in at least one major Microsoft technology domain, such as Microsoft Security, Enterprise Mobility, or Office 365, with a good understanding of integration with other applications.




- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 E5 Security, Microsoft Copilot, Exchange Online/Email, Microsoft Teams, Enterprise Mobility and Security (EMS), Active Directory (on-premises and Azure), and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Defender services, Windows 11 Enterprise, endpoint security, OS patching, and device management tools such as WSUS, MECM, and Microsoft Intune.
- Experience in incident management, log analysis, security monitoring, SIEM, configuration changes, reporting, and end-user support.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and end-user training skills.
- The resource must be a full-time, regular, on-roll employee of the bidder. The CV must be certified by the bidder's HR and submitted along with the bid.
- Wllingness to travel to other REC locations for in office support when issues cannot be resolved remotely.
