Must have Diploma or B.tech Degree in Electrical or Electronics related Field & minimum 6-10 years experience in PLC- Assembly line

Principal Responsibility

- Responsible for overall production assembly maintenance related activities on floor.
- responsible for keeping the equipment at their facility in good operating condition by performing preventive maintenance, machine tests, troubleshoots, removing technical issues, and performing emergency repairs.
- Roll out Kaizen and KANBAN activity .




- Production setting of regular products and new developments by optimizing the process parameter to ensure optimum cycle time.
- Attain minor machine breakdowns. If it is major, get it rectified through maintenance department.
- Assist Production Engineers for recent trials / Kaizen, Safety and other regular production activities.
- Improving overall performance of the section like productivity, Quality, Safety, CR etc.
- Ensure effective resource management & team development
- Assign tasks within the team with proper prior planning and ensure that the deliverables are as per set expectations and within timelines provided
