- Develop and modify PCB layouts using Siemens Xpedition.
- Perform component placement and routing based on electrical and mechanical requirements.
- Support component selection and footprint verification based on design requirements.
- Perform component lifecycle and EOL analysis and maintain relevant documentation.
- Perform DRC and design verification before release.
- Review PCB layouts for DFM, DFA, DFT, EMI/EMC, and manufacturing requirements.
- Generate and verify Gerber, ODB++, NC Drill, and other manufacturing outputs.
- Perform Valor DFM analysis and resolve manufacturing issues.
- Prepare and maintain PCB design, component, manufacturing, and Valor documentation.
- Maintain component and design-related records throughout the product lifecycle.
- Coordinate with Hardware, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Quality, and Procurement teams.
- Support prototype builds and resolve PCB manufacturing-related issues.
- Implement engineering changes and update PCB designs and documentation.
- Support PCB design activities from design input through manufacturing release.
