- Lead and support the end-to-end implementation of Privacy Pillar s solutions within client environments, including on-premises deployments.
- Collaborate with client IT and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless installation, configuration, and integration of Privacy Pillar s platform.
- Conduct technical assessments of client environments to identify deployment requirements, dependencies, and potential risks.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and post-deployment to ensure solution stability and performance.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation including deployment guides, configuration records, and handover reports.
- Work closely with internal consulting and product teams to relay client feedback and support continuous improvement of Privacy Pillar s solutions.
- Assist in conducting training sessions and knowledge transfer for client technical teams post-implementation.
What We re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in IT solution implementation, systems integration, or a related technical role.
- Bachelor s degree in B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with on-premises software deployment, system configuration, and infrastructure setup.
- Basic understanding of data privacy concepts, regulations, or compliance frameworks is an advantage.
- Familiarity with networking, server environments, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Good communication and client-facing skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
