Job Summary

We are looking for a result-driven Sr. Industrial Sales Executive to generate and close solar projects with industrial and commercial customers. You will handle the full sales cycle, from lead generation and site visits to proposal, negotiation and order closure, and coordinate with our design and execution teams for smooth project handover.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business with factories, MSMEs, industrial estates, commercial establishments and institutions.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, references, industry associations, GIDC and industrial area networking.
- Understand the customers power consumption,



electricity bills and load profile to propose the right solar capacity.
- Conduct site surveys with the technical and design team and prepare techno-commercial proposals.
- Present ROI, payback period and savings clearly to decision makers (owners, directors, plant heads, purchase heads).
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms and contracts, and close orders to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Coordinate with design, accounts, tender and execution teams for quotations, documentation, approvals (DISCOM/net metering) and project handover.
- Maintain customer relationships for repeat business, references and after-sales support.
- Track the sales pipeline, follow-ups and conversions in CRM or Excel, and submit regular MIS reports to the Sales Head.
- Keep up with market trends, competitor pricing, government policies and subsidies relevant to industrial solar.
