- Service Coordination: Track daily TAT and pending calls, flag breaches, and close escalations with Area Managers and service partners
- MIS & Reporting: Turn Salesforce data into Excel dashboards and review packs on TAT, closures, and partner performance
- Spare Parts: Monitor DOI, flag stock-outs and excess stock, and coordinate dispatches and defective returns
- Executive Support: Run the field supply calendar, reviews, and action tracker
- Field Connect: Visit your ASPs, dealers, distributors and Pareto outlets monthly
Who should apply?
- 1–3 years in service operations, customer support operations, supply chain, or MIS (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Solid Excel skills: XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic dashboards
- Clear communication and follow-up with field teams and partners
