Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain advanced Workday reports and complex dashboards to meet business and stakeholder requirements.

- Demonstrate strong technical expertise in Workday Report Writer, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending reports, as applicable.

- Develop and optimize complex calculated fields, report data sources, filters, prompts, and business objects to support sophisticated reporting requirements.

- Configure and troubleshoot report and dashboard security, domain access, and user permissions to ensure appropriate data visibility.

- Analyze reporting issues, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize report performance, accuracy, and usability.

- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, reliable, and user-friendly reporting solutions.

- Provide technical mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing to Workday reporting team members.

- Collaborate with global stakeholders, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, discuss solutions, and communicate technical concepts clearly.

- Participate in reporting enhancements, testing, deployment, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Remain actively involved in hands-on reporting development while providing technical guidance and supporting team delivery.

Mandatory Skills and Experience

- Strong hands-on experience in Workday Reporting and dashboard development.





- Proven expertise in designing and maintaining complex Workday dashboards and advanced reports.

- In-depth understanding of calculated fields, report data sources, business objects, filters, and prompts.

- Solid knowledge of Workday reporting security, domain security policies, and report/dashboard access controls.

- Demonstrated career progression through Workday reporting roles, with increasing technical ownership and responsibility.

- Currently or recently engaged in hands-on Workday reporting development and troubleshooting.

- Experience in technical mentoring, coaching, and guiding reporting team members.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with global teams across different functions and regions.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirement-gathering capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting Workday reporting in a large, complex, or global organization.

- Exposure to reporting governance, data validation, audit requirements, and performance optimization.

- Experience working in a lead or senior individual-contributor capacity while remaining technically hands-on.
