As an Inside Sales Representative, you will make outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers in the US on behalf of our MSP clients, qualify their interest and book meetings. This is a night shift role aligned to US business hours.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects from targeted lists.
- Introduce our clients services and qualify interest and fit.
- Book meetings and appointments for client sales teams.
- Follow up on email replies and previous conversations.
- Log every call and outcome accurately in the CRM.
- Meet daily call and appointment targets.
Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English and confidence on the phone.
- Prior outbound calling or inside sales experience is a plus.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Target-driven and resilient with objections.
- Graduate in any field.
