Required Experience: 3 to 5 years
Responsibilities
- Conduct design verification tests, Identify failure modes & conduct root cause analysis for identified failure modes
Role Description
- Study and understand test standard requirements
- Prepare vehicle/ powertrain/ component for testing
- Design & development of fixture required for testing
- Prepare test equipment, planning of test schedule, write and execute test program
- Conduct tests and make observations as per standards & conduct root cause analysis for failures identified during testing
- Establish lab to field correlation through instrumentation, data acquisition & analysis
- Maintain records of tests, equipment, maintenance & calibration
- Preparation of test reports, test standards, work instructions and SOPs
