Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Event Designer role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Event Designer will be responsible for developing creative concepts, spatial layouts, event designs, and visual presentations for luxury events, corporate functions, exhibitions, brand launches, and experiential activations.

Daily responsibilities include developing event concepts, creating mood boards, preparing design layouts, exploring themes and colour palettes, and translating creative briefs into visually engaging event environments. The role involves collaborating closely with the creative, 3D design, production, and execution teams to ensure that concepts are innovative, practical, and aligned with client expectations.

The Event Designer will also contribute to developing presentation decks, stage designs, venue layouts, entrance concepts, experience zones, branding elements, and décor concepts. The candidate should be able to understand client requirements, incorporate feedback, and develop creative solutions while considering venue limitations,



materials, fabrication possibilities, and execution feasibility.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Event Design, Conceptualisation, and Creative Development for corporate events, luxury celebrations, exhibitions, brand launches, and experiential projects.
- Ability to develop innovative event concepts, themes, mood boards, colour palettes, and visual references.
- Good understanding of spatial design, stage design, venue planning, layouts, event décor, and guest experience.
- Knowledge of branding, graphics, signage, installations, and experiential design elements.
- Ability to create professional presentation decks and communicate creative ideas effectively.
- Proficiency in design software such as 3d Max , Autocad , Vray , Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools is preferred.
- Basic understanding of 3D visualisation and rendering is an added advantage.
- Understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, production processes, and on-site execution feasibility.
- Strong creative thinking, visualisation skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interpret client briefs and translate them into innovative, practical, and commercially viable design concepts.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including 3D designers, graphic designers, production teams, and vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Event Design, Spatial Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- A portfolio showcasing event concepts, spatial designs, creative presentations, and executed projects will be an added advantage.
