We're Hiring: Academic Counselor | SIRE – Shivalik Institute of Real Estate

At SIRE, we help aspiring real estate professionals find the right learning and career path. We're looking for

3+ Academic Counselors to join our Sales & Admissions team in Ahmedabad.

This is a premium counselling and admissions role built on relationships, not a transactional sales job.

Type: Full-time

Schedule: 6 days a week, Sundays off

CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience) + performance incentives

What you'll do:

- Hold one-on-one counselling sessions and recommend the right SIRE program
- Own the admissions pipeline from first conversation to enrollment
- Build lasting relationships with prospects, students and referral partners
- Represent SIRE at industry events, seminars and networking platforms
- Keep CRM records accurate and meet monthly enrollment targets

Who we're looking for:





- Graduate in any stream
- 3+ years in EdTech/admissions/counselling, real estate sales, or premium hospitality, airline, luxury sales, banking or relationship management
- Solid communication in English, Gujarati and Hindi
- Polished, professional presence and strong follow-up discipline
- Comfortable with CRM, Excel and reporting
