Role Description The 3D Visualizer is a full time, remote role responsible for creating high-quality 3D concepts and visualizations for events, exhibitions, and brand experiences. Day-to-day tasks include translating client briefs and event concepts into detailed 3D designs, layouts, and renders that reflect brand guidelines and event objectives. The role involves collaborating closely with designers, project managers, and production teams to refine visual concepts, ensure technical feasibility, and prepare final files for execution.

The 3D Visualizer will optimize lighting, materials, and textures for realistic output, maintain consistency across projects,



and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This position also includes revising designs based on feedback and contributing creative ideas that enhance the overall event experience.

Qualifications

- Strong 3D visualization skills, including the ability to create detailed event layouts, stage designs, and experiential environments.
- Proficiency in graphics and graphic design tools to develop cohesive visual concepts and presentation materials.
- Experience with lighting techniques, materials, and rendering to produce realistic and impactful visual outputs.
- Solid drawing and sketching abilities to quickly communicate ideas and support concept development.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard 3D software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp) and rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Corona, Lumion).
- Valuable understanding of event and exhibition design, spatial planning, and production constraints.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- A diploma or degree in Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience is also valued.
- Portfolio demonstrating 3D visualizations for events, exhibitions, interiors, or experiential environments.
