? Role: Academic Counselor – Domestic K-3 Segment

? Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
? Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
? Work Schedule: 6 Days Working (Rotational Week-Off)
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel parents on their children's foundational learning needs.
- Recommend suitable learning programs based on student requirements.
- Drive enrollments and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and handle parent queries.
- Build strong parent relationships through structured follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in Academic Counseling, Inside Sales, EdTech Sales, or Education Consulting.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- A consultative sales approach and target-oriented mindset.
- K-3 / Early Childhood EdTech experience will be an added advantage.
