King Stubb & Kasiva is looking to hire a Litigation Lawyer for its Chennai office.

Experience: 4–5 Years

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle civil and commercial litigation matters before various courts and tribunals.
- Draft, review and settle pleadings, petitions, applications, written submissions and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs, opinions and litigation strategies.
- Appear before courts, tribunals and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
- Coordinate with clients, briefing counsel and internal teams on ongoing matters.
- Monitor case progress, court proceedings, filing deadlines and compliance requirements.

Eligibility & Requirements:

- LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Strong drafting, research and advocacy skills.
- Positive understanding of civil and commercial laws and court procedures.
- Excellent communication, analytical and case management skills.
- Ability to independently manage matters and work effectively within a team.
