Role Description The Associate Property Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role oversees day-to-day property operations, including coordinating check-ins and check-outs, managing housekeeping and maintenance schedules, and ensuring properties meet JadeCaps’ quality and brand standards.

The Associate Property

Manager communicates regularly with guests to handle inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and deliver a seamless, high-quality stay experience. The role also involves working closely with property owners, updating them on performance, and supporting implementation of JadeCaps’ AI-driven tools, processes, and SOPs.



In addition, the Associate Property Manager monitors occupancy, collaborates with internal teams on pricing and listings, and helps streamline operational workflows for efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

- Property operations and hospitality skills, including day-to-day property management, guest relations, and vendor/housekeeping coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for interacting with guests, owners, and internal teams, with clear written and verbal communication in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills, such as attention to detail, time management, issue resolution, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced, high-growth environment.
- Comfort with technology and data, including using property management systems, mobile apps, dashboards, and basic reporting and documentation tools.
- Customer-centric mindset, with a focus on service quality, responsiveness, and creating consistent, branded guest experiences.
- Relevant experience in property management, hospitality, travel, or real estate operations preferred.
- Ability to work on-site across properties in the Greater Bengaluru Area, including occasional evening or weekend availability based on operational needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, real estate, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
