About the Role
Vaidban is looking for an experienced, target-driven and result-oriented Call Center Team Leader who can lead our telesales team, drive conversions, improve team performance and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities ()
- Lead, manage and motivate the call center and telesales team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance, conversion rates, productivity and call quality.
- Conduct regular call audits and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and overall sales performance.
- Manage daily team rosters, attendance and work allocation.
- Monitor CRM systems, dialers and daily Excel reports.
- Conduct regular coaching, training and performance review sessions.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- Ensure proper follow-up of leads and maintain operational discipline.
- Use AI tools to improve daily operations, reporting and team productivity.
Candidate Requirements
✅ 5–6+ years of experience managing Call Center Operations and Telesales Teams.
✅ Robust leadership and team management abilities.
✅ Excellent understanding of sales targets, conversion metrics and call audits.
✅ Hands-on experience with CRM software, dialers and MS Excel reporting.
✅ Fluent in Hindi and Punjabi with good working English.
✅ Ability to use AI tools for daily operational efficiency.
✅ Strong coaching, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
