Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Canviza Services Private Limited will provide overall strategic and operational leadership for the company in Australia. This is a full-time, in office role responsible for setting the vision, driving business growth, ensuring financial health, and building a high-performing leadership team. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing business plans, overseeing operations and performance metrics, guiding sales and market expansion initiatives, and managing budgets and financial reporting.

The CEO will collaborate with stakeholders and the board to align strategic priorities,



ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and maintain a strong organizational culture. The role also involves representing the company externally with clients, partners, and industry bodies to enhance brand reputation and long-term value.

Qualifications

- Strong Finance and budgeting skills, including financial analysis and oversight of profitability and cash flow.
- Proven experience in Operations Management, with the ability to optimize processes, resources, and organizational efficiency.
- Expertise in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to define vision, set objectives, and drive sustainable growth.
- Demonstrated success in Sales leadership, business development, and market expansion.
- Prior experience in senior executive or CEO-level roles, preferably in services or related industries.
- Excellent leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
