Role Description The Corporate Relations Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for building and maintaining solid relationships with corporate partners and industry stakeholders. The role involves identifying and developing new corporate partnerships, coordinating with organizations for internships, placements, live projects, and guest lectures, and ensuring ongoing engagement with existing partners. The manager will collaborate closely with faculty and academic leadership to align corporate outreach with program objectives and student development needs.

Daily responsibilities include conducting meetings and presentations with corporate representatives, managing databases of corporate contacts, tracking partnership performance, and organizing corporate events, workshops,



and campus recruitment drives. The role also requires regular reporting on corporate engagement activities, market trends, and opportunities that can enhance the institute’s visibility and value for students.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Corporate Relations and Business Relationship Management to develop, nurture, and expand industry partnerships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities for effective engagement with corporate stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess working knowledge of Finance and an understanding of business metrics to interpret corporate needs and align them with institutional objectives.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including prospecting, pitching, and closing collaboration opportunities that benefit students and the institute.
- Relevant qualifications such as a postgraduate degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in corporate relations, placement cells, business development, or industry liaison roles in educational institutions or corporate settings is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with academic teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and handle events and outreach activities efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, CRM or database management, and comfort with digital communication platforms.
