Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dermatologist role based in Chennai at Welona Healthcare Pvt Ltd. The Dermatologist will conduct consultations, evaluate skin, hair, and weight-related concerns, and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with clinic protocols. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and treating dermatological conditions, performing cosmetic and laser procedures, monitoring treatment progress, and ensuring thorough documentation.

The role involves educating clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and aftercare,



while collaborating with other clinical and support staff to maintain high standards of safety and client experience. The Dermatologist will also stay updated on advances in dermatology and aesthetic medicine to continually improve treatment results.

Qualifications

- Strong clinical foundation in Medicine and Dermatology, with the ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of skin conditions.
- Expertise in Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetology, including laser treatments and aesthetic procedures.
- Specific experience in managing Acne and related skin disorders, with evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS) with specialization in Dermatology (MD/DNB or equivalent), and valid medical registration.
- Experience in clinic-based or hospital-based dermatology practice, preferably in aesthetic or laser skin care settings.
- Robust client communication skills, with the ability to explain procedures, risks, and aftercare clearly and empathetically.
- Commitment to ethical practice, infection control, and adherence to clinical safety protocols.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and manage a structured treatment workflow
