Role Description The Visa Manager (Study Abroad) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi.

The Visa

Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end visa process for learners applying to institutions abroad, including document collection, verification, and submission. Daily tasks include coordinating with students and families, explaining country-specific visa requirements, scheduling and tracking visa appointments, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The role involves regular communication with consulates, partner institutions, and internal teams to resolve visa-related queries and ensure timely processing.

Manager also provides pre-departure guidance,



monitors changes in immigration regulations, and supports process improvements to enhance the overall learner experience.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage and coordinate visa-related operations, with skills in Clinical Operations and Project Management for structured, process-driven work.
- Robust Research skills to stay updated on evolving immigration guidelines, institutional requirements, and country-specific visa protocols.
- Capacity to understand and apply Protocol and compliance standards, ensuring documentation and procedures meet regulatory expectations.
- Experience working with Clinical Trials or similarly regulated processes is beneficial for managing detailed, rule-based workflows.
- Prior experience in international education consulting, immigration services, or student counseling is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to diverse learners and families.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in using office software and online application portals.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certifications in international education, immigration, or project management are a plus.
