Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Video Editor role based in the Mohali district.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage into clear, engaging video content that supports Zomint’s brand and messaging. Day-to-day tasks include editing video clips, syncing audio, applying transitions, performing basic and advanced color correction, and adding motion graphics or text overlays where needed. The role involves collaborating with marketing and content teams to understand project objectives, following brand guidelines, organizing media assets, and preparing final files for various platforms.

Editor will also help maintain quality standards, suggest creative improvements,



and manage project timelines from concept to final delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including handling raw footage, timelines, and audio synchronization.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual tone across projects.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create titles, lower thirds, infographics, and other visual elements.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Ability to follow brand guidelines, interpret creative briefs, and deliver content optimized for web, social media, and presentations.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field; a portfolio showcasing video editing and motion graphics work is required.
