Role Description The Warehouse Executive – QC is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for inspecting incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet quality standards, checking for defects, and verifying quantities against documentation. The position involves overseeing packing processes, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining accurate records for all warehouse movements.

The Warehouse

Executive – QC collaborates with warehouse and operations teams to streamline storage, picking, and dispatch activities,



while helping resolve quality-related issues. The role also includes coordinating with customer service and logistics as needed to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Warehouse Management and Inventory Control skills to manage stock levels, storage, and documentation effectively.
- Candidates should possess Packing skills and attention to detail to ensure products are packaged accurately, safely, and in line with quality standards.
- Candidates should possess Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with internal teams and support resolution of product or delivery concerns.
- Experience in quality control or warehouse operations, preferably in consumer products or manufacturing, is beneficial.
- Ability to follow standardized procedures, use basic warehouse tools or software, and maintain safety and cleanliness in the work area is expected.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional vocational training or certification in logistics, warehousing, or quality control is an advantage.
