About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, drive inventory accuracy, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure seamless coordination across logistics and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and effective stock control.
- Lead, train, and manage warehouse teams to achieve operational targets.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, transportation, and 3PL partners.
- Implement SOPs and drive continuous process improvement and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.




- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, productivity, and operational costs.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in warehouse management, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or manufacturing.
- Solid knowledge of WMS, ERP systems, inventory management, and warehouse processes.
- Proven leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in large-scale warehouse operations, D2C, furniture, or bulky-goods handling will be an added advantage.
