Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Delhi.

The Video

Editor will review raw footage, select and assemble clips, and edit video content for various digital channels, ensuring alignment with IPTW’s brand and messaging. Day-to-day responsibilities include trimming and sequencing footage, applying transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, and performing basic color correction and grading to deliver polished outputs. The role also involves creating and integrating motion graphics and simple graphic elements, collaborating with content and marketing teams to interpret briefs, and maintaining organized project files and asset libraries.

Editor will work closely with stakeholders to refine drafts based on feedback and consistently meet production deadlines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including handling footage from pre-production through final delivery.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading and basic post-production workflows to ensure visual consistency and high-quality output.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics creation for titles, lower thirds, infographics, and branded visual elements.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing and design tools (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, or equivalent) is beneficial.
- Robust visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and an understanding of social media and digital content formats are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage multiple projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines is required.
- A relevant diploma or degree in film, media, communications, design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in video editing [confirm]
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (Canva or similar tools are a plus)
- Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, colour and audio basics
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- A portfolio or showreel of your work Good to Have
- Experience editing corporate, finance or B2B content
- Knowledge of social media video formats (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn video)
- Motion graphics and basic colour grading skills
